  • Manages outside partner branding and marketing on company's behalf

  • Designs marketing and communication pieces, PowerPoints, emails, and PDFs to ensure they meet branding standards

Social Media / Blogs:

  • Creates blog and social media posts for general marketing purposes

Promo Items / Non- Uniform Apparel:

  • Coordinates production and design of non-uniform apparel, promo designs, and swag

  • Collects info and produces internal communication via newsletters, digital bulletin boards, posters, handouts, etc

Agreements and Online Forms:

  • Designs paperwork utilized internally and externally

  • Creates online signup forms for events and ordering (RSVPs, order forms, etc.)

  • Manages website design, updates and troubleshooting

  • Purchases fleet vehicles

  • Paints and orders accessories, specialty equipment, and markings

  • Installs logos and wraps

  • Purchases vehicle license plates

  • Orders fuel cards and provides fuel pin numbers to team members

  • Equips vehicles with chocks & cones, fuel card, insurance card registration, eye wash, first aid kit, and accident instructions

  • Maintains fleet vehicles with the use of Fleetio software

  • Repairs vehicle damage (including repairs facilitated by outside vendors)

  • Escalated damage claims

  • Work Comp, FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD, OSHA, and other leave of absences

  • Safety concerns

  • Employment related issues (disgruntled team members, harassment and discrimination claims, write-ups, final approval of terminations, etc.)

  • Acquisitions Outside Counsel

  • Operations and Human Resources for training and team development

Insurance Renewals and Claims:

  • General liability, auto, commercial property, umbrellas, inland marine, work comp, crime, EPL/DO, cyber, pollution, garage policy

  • MVA’s and insurance claims

  • Review insurance invoices, deductible billing

  • Health and benefit renewals

Documents:

  • Reviews drafts of correspondences, marketing, and other company-related material

  • Reviews contracts with outside vendors

  • Writes service agreements and leases

  • Creates / registers LLC’s

  • Drafts employee-related policies

  • Creates / Drafts inter-company documents

Directs and works with Outside Counsel:

  • In GL cases, MVAs, serious employment issues, trademarks, restructures, acquisitions, criminal matters

  • Works alongside safety to ensure each location meets safety guidelines

Services:

  • Coordinates and schedules repair requests through project tracker system

  • Reviews and approves workflow

  • Works with approved vendors and certified personnel

Repairs:

  • Electrical, plumbing, construction, site work, repairs to buildings, landscape and replacement of lighting

  • Provides schedule services such as HVAC, pond treatments, and proper maintenance of grounds

  • Addresses security issues, including personnel codes, keys and after-hour emergency calls

  • Provides signage to present a safe working environment for all team members

  • Schedules general property maintenance to ensure properties are clean and maintained
